1. Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Duration:

Local Delivery: We offer standard delivery across Pakistan. Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take an additional 5-7 days.

3. Shipping Charges:

Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on all orders.

4. Delivery Partners:

We use reliable courier services such as TCS, Leopard, M&P and Pakistan Post for local deliveries.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD):

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all locations within Pakistan. 

7. Shipping Restrictions:

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Delivery may be delayed in areas affected by political events, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages:
