A complete unboxing video is required as proof.

Item must be unused, with original packaging and tags.

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Follow the instructions provided and ship the product.

Once received, we’ll process:

Refund: within 4–6 working days

Exchange: new item will be dispatched; price differences will be adjusted.
